Position: Commercial Construction Superintendent
Location: South Carolina
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (Depending on experience)
We are representing a reputable and expanding commercial general contractor in South Carolina, seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee projects across a variety of sectors, including multi-family, education, retail, and high-rise residential developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor forces to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for all on-site personnel.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work is completed according to project specifications and building codes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers to resolve any project-related issues.
- Maintain detailed daily reports of job site activities, progress, and any issues encountered.
