Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Restaurant and Bar Manager located in Cape May, NJ. The Restaurant and Bar Manager will oversee/execute the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including bar ordering, menu changes, scheduling, hiring and managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, controlling costs, and maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fine dining restaurant and bar management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is a plus
