About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Construction Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the construction management and project coordination efforts. This position requires a full-time onsite presence at our project site in Bowling Green, KY.
What You Will Do
- Assist in coordinating construction activities and schedules to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and report on key metrics to the project management team.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure adherence to project specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance assessments to uphold safety and construction standards.
- Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, schedules, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including bilingual communication in Chinese and English.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Previous internship or entry-level experience in construction project management is advantageous.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Chinese and English is required for effective communication with international stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite at the project location in Bowling Green, KY.
