We are seeking a Project Manager for our real estate tech client helping to create the smartest buildings redefining the future of real estate operations and management through their smart building solution.
Compensation: £65,000 - £80,000 DOE

About the Role:
We need a Project Manager to manage the integration of their platform with their customer portfolio to help create some of the world's smartest buildings. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of smart building projects, bringing buildings online in a well organized manner. Working closely with the Engineering & existing Project Management Lead you will collaborate on project integration, timelines, and technical questions ensuring project resources are on track and engineering plans are effective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project goals, scope, and requirements, creating detailed plans with timelines, dependencies, and risk assessments.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring effective communication and resource allocation as the main liaison among clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Monitor timelines, address delays, and collaborate with engineering managers to resolve issues and allocate resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes and a positive client experience.
What you bring:
- Demonstrable experience in project management, preferably within smart building or automation industries.
- Clear and effective (oral & written) communication skills, with the ability to coordinate complex workflows.
- Familiarity with project management software (Zoho Projects experience is a plus).
- Demonstrated experience in managing technical projects from start to finish.
