Title: Principal Full Stack Engineer
Location: Durham, NC – Locals - 2weeks Onsite per Month
*INTERVIEW SETUP* 2 rounds – First (45 minutes) Second (90 minutes, 30 minutes 1:1 with 3 team members)
*PROJECT OVERVIEW*
Modernization effort, some net new dev – migrating on-prem apps to cloud, existing changes to Java apps, some UI (add new buttons, controls)
*REQUIRED SKILLS*
This is a true end-to-end Full Stack Engineer. It is not a Lead role- it is a 100% hands-on, principal-level engineer who can develop from scratch in all tiers. Preferred someone who has 2+ years in their current project, preferably within financial services
*** These are data-centric applications:
- 60% Java 11 / strong Spring Boot skills – very strong microservices development experience from scratch and good knowledge of Restful API’s
- AWS – must have EKS
- 40% Angular- Must have experience developing from scratch in Angular
- Must have experience with Jenkins, uDeploy and modifying CI/CD pipelines
- Strong communication skills / soft skills
