About the role:
Join Client as a Strategic Initiatives Lead where you will coordinate the Indirect Procurement strategic projects by partnering across the various Procurement teams, Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE), relevant corporate function leaders, and the rest of (Global Real Estate Facilities Procurement) GREFP.
How you will contribute:
- Cultivate relationships with the Indirect Procurement Leads, Global Category Managers, DD&T, HR, Finance, Legal, and the Procurement Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure the efficient & effective delivery of strategic programs.
- Partner with the GREFP finance partner to ensure accurate and consistent reporting and budget management.
- Be a steward of the procurement policy and associated SOPs and ensure adherence within the Indirect Procurement categories.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- BA or BS required, MBA or Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 10 years working in biotech/pharma industry, or other regulated industries, with experience in procurement supply chain and/or facilities operations management and project management.
- Have in-depth knowledge and 10 years’ experience of strategy development & deployment, building teams and capabilities and implementing Lean thinking.
- Expertise in Change Management and the delivery of sustainable changes.
- Experience working & cultural diversity understands national and international business practices, customs and markets.
- Experience with team member management and customer interaction
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry and procurement and other corporate & shared service tasks.
