Summary:
Lead commercial construction projects from planning through completion. In this role, you’ll manage timelines, coordinate subcontractors and materials, oversee budgets, and ensure quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in construction project management; tenant improvement experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction trades and excellent communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on budget creation to maximize value for tenants
- Provide top-notch customer service and coordinate with internal teams
- Oversee permit processing and ensure timely utility setup
- Manage bid reviews, field supervision, contracts, and invoices
- Handle change orders and ensure compensation for additional work
