This is a full time role that is onsite in St Petersburg, FL paying between 150-180k/year.
Must Haves:
8-15 years (10 sweet spot) (flex on years--could be open to 6)
3 jobs in 10 years
Experience in Multi-family high rises (Apartment/hotels/some hospitals)
Fully design cycle
Overseeing multiple projects at a time
2-3 designers reporting into them and 2 associates
PE License
Revit technology experience
Electrical Degree

Overseeing large teams within the design world. Most of the projects are high rise construction buildings
