Project: ServiceNow Employee Starter Pro Implementation. Functional area: HRIS, Service Delivery. Looking for a PM/BA to help stand up ServiceNow Employee Starter Pro (HR case management) for our HR department. Success of this project will lean more on helping HR to articulate requirements, drive change management and accountability to project schedule.
Description:
5+ years experience and a combo PM/BA.
Experience elaborating requirements.
Experience working with HR and third-party SI to drive the product standup.
General project management experience.
Experience coordinating and assisting with UAT.
Skilled in coordinating and assisting with development of self-service knowledge content.
Preferred Experience:
Experience with case management platforms, ServiceNow, HR
