Desired Skills & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field
Licensed Architect (NCARB, ARE, RA, AIA)
Experience with healthcare or behavior health projects
7+ years of experience as a Project Architect
Great written and verbal communication
Plusses:
Masters Degree in Architecture
Longevity in career (two firms in last 10+ years)
REVIT experience/AutoCAD software knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
- Design & Development: Lead the creation of high-quality design documents and detailed construction plans.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with consultants and team members to ensure seamless project integration.
- Quality Control: Oversee all project phases, maintaining top-notch standards.
- Construction Administration: Review shop drawings, product data, and material samples; respond to RFIs; manage pay applications and change orders.
- Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering growth and development.
- Business Development: Engage in marketing and networking to build professional connections.
