The ideal candidate will have experience with architecture in all stages of design, documentation, and construction. They will also have good task management and organization skills combined with an elevated level of design and technical ability. The position requires the ability to think critically, communicate efficiently, and collaborate in an interdisciplinary, deadline-driven atmosphere. They must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be a self-starter, and acknowledge when additional input is needed.
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in all phases of a project including programming, design, ADA and building code review, MEP coordination, permitting, technical drawings and detailing, FFE selection, submittal and RFI review, and project closeout.
- Minimum of 2 years professional experience working with Revit and BIM 360.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suites, Bluebeam and other necessary technical tools for the projects.
- Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Experience with workplace and / or retail projects a plus.
- Experience with large scale, adaptive reuse projects for government agencies a plus.
- Experience with sustainability frameworks and professional accreditations such as LEED, WELL, PHIUS, and LBC preferred.
Salary range : $72K – 80K
