Workforce Coordinators are part of the Workforce Solutions Team (WST). Workforce Solutions provides strategic oversight, leadership, and support in the recruitment, hiring, retention, and utilization of Tradesmen Field Employees throughout the field employee lifecycle.
Workforce Coordinators are a company resource and contribute to the company revenue and help maximize profitability by supporting the fulfillment of open orders. WC’s are responsible for elevating TI’s employment brand through the recruitment and employee selection process. WC’s are expected to leverage available resources to source, engage, and pre-qualify craft-professionals in required volumes and turn-around times to meet office hiring needs.
WC’s are responsible for using a data driven approach to maximize efforts and outcomes, following all established processes/procedures, delivering exceptional candidate experiences, and providing a positive and consultative approach when working with our clients; Tradesmen’s Field Offices.
Principal Roles/Responsibilities:
Source – leverage available tools to identify qualified craft-professional candidates across a variety of in-demand trades throughout Tradesmen’s National footprint
Engage – create enticing and authentic outreach to attract top talent and positively present Tradesmen as an employer of choice. These efforts should support immediate hiring needs and create fertile pipeline for future needs
Evaluate – leverage known success profiles and a consistent interview process to present Tradesmen in a positive and authentic manner while evaluating candidate skill
Problem Solve – leverage available data and reporting to ensure effort and outcomes are closely aligned, evaluate progress and use appropriate urgency to escalate challenges or barriers, research and present solutions
Consult – partner with offices to ensure thorough understanding of recruiting need, expectations, and recruiting game-plan, ensure consistent communication and follow-up and tracking of efforts and results, provide updates at specified intervals and as needed
Support – support all aspects of the recruitment and hiring process. This may include completing hiring evaluations, developing internal and external recruiting strategies to support hiring needs, supporting candidates through the on-boarding and orientation process, and enhancing office efforts to engage and mobilize current and recent field employees, and performing other duties as assigned. Supporting candidates in the onboarding and orientation process means answering questions and providing information. Workforce Coordinators should never fill out onboarding paperwork for candidates or sign the candidate’s name to any document.
Requirements:
Previous recruiting experience required.
Customer/client relations, HR, and/or communications experience preferred.
Experience in iCIMS and Excel a plus.
Bilingual Spanish speakers Required
