About the Job
A Texas-based commercial general contractor is seeking a Traveling Construction Superintendent for ground-up commercial and industrial projects. Tilt wall experience on warehouses, distribution centers, retail plazas, and more is required. Travel will heavily be regional, with many projects in the DFW Metroplex, but national travel could be required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily construction activities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and on-site personnel
- Ensure quality control and site safety
- Monitor project costs and schedules in conjunction with PM
- Resolve on-site issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
- Tilt wall project experience from $5M - $20M+
