Role: Business Analyst with Regulatory Reporting
Location: Tampa, FL (Onsite)
Job Description:
Hands on Business analysis experience in system design and analysis of data , pattern , rules etc
Ability to put together a design and write SMART user stories with all necessary inputs required for DEV and QA team
Articulate user stories in refinement and obtain feedback and improvise as required
Ensure User stories are airtight with no gaps whatsoever
Ability to manage user groups directly
Agile practice and Scrum experience is a must
Reg Reporting experience ( North America - Prudential / CCAR experience necessary )
Good stakeholder management and negotiation skills are a must
