Below are the requirements for this role:
· 10+ years' experience in general contracting with an emphasis on structure/shell
· College degree in construction or related field preferred
· A team builder and team player
· Experience with multifamily or commercial projects in the $10M-$100M range
· Ability to deal directly with clients
