Summary:
De-risked Co-Founder role for a newly-funded (Seed) Generative-AI startup. We're looking to hear from entrepreneurial candidates who have 8+ years exp in machine learning / deep learning and are interested in co-founding opportunities.
Our first pass on applicants will focus on candidates with notable accomplishments at marketing-leading companies who have strong backgrounds with LLM's as well.
Note: This is a hands-on IC role with significant expectations in design and development (acting as the internal and external pillar of AI in the company).
Target scope: Staff/Sr. Staff/TLM/EM
Modeling/SWE Breakdown: 50/50 to 30/70 is probably the "sweet spot" for this opportunity.
GenAI Qualifications:
- LLM Frameworks: Demonstrated expertise working with Large Language Models such as OpenAI’s GPT series (GPT-3, GPT-4)--including model integration, customization, and optimization within diverse applications.
- LLM Fine-Tuning and Transfer Learning: Proven experience in fine-tuning LLMs for specific tasks or industries, including the use of transfer learning techniques to adapt pre-trained models to new domains or requirements.
- Data Handling Skills: Proficiency in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets. Familiarity with data preprocessing techniques and tools (e.g., Pandas in Python) is crucial.
