A national law firm is seeking an Intellectual Property Portfolio Specialist to join their team in Chicago, IL.

Annual salary up to $125,000.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for billing 1200 hours per year.
- Prepare and file Patent applications.
- Create, maintain, and update client portfolio reports.
- Responsible for docketing and prosecution management.
- Draft documents.
- Communicate effectively with clients, foreign agents, and USPTO personnel.
- Utilize iManage, CPi, Intapp, Adobe, Chrome River, Carpe Diem, and Microsoft Office.
- Plus additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5+ years of IP experience (US, PCT, and Foreign).
- Knowledge of USPTO, PCT, and foreign rules and procedures.
- Experience with managing client portfolios.
- Experience with Docketing and CPi software preferred.
- Excellent Communication & Time Management Skills.
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
