Job Summary:
The Demand Planning Manager will work with the Key Account Managers to plan and execute Trends’ products and programs at our vendor managed accounts.
General Responsibilities:
Manage in-store inventory to ensure all KPIs are achieved – including, but not limited to WOS/WOH, OOS and RTV.
Work with the Key Account Manager and Supply Chain team to ensure need is forecasted to support the needs of the assigned account(s).
Determine appropriate order quantities by item and store and enter all store-level
orders for new products, replenishment and promotions following the order/ship/service schedule that has been developed for the company.
Plan weekly inventory flow by category to support account KPIs and warehouse planning. Plan product lifecycle to support sell-through and productivity KPIs.
Partner with the Key Account Manager and utilize the retailer systems/portals to ensure items are uploaded/setup to support the merchandise flow plan and POS systems.
Produce weekly Key Account Reporting to track sales and inventory performance and distribute to the organization. Share reporting as needed with the supported customer(s). Provide qualitative commentary with weekly reporting.
Oversee new store rollouts and remodels by entering orders and coordinating work with the customer, operations and Trends’ store service group. Work with the Key Account Manager and Operations to ensure all fixtures are forecasted and align with the planned opening/remodel schedule.
Ensure the replenishment system is maintained with stores, fixtures and monthly POGs. Help develop the monthly merchandising project plans and ensure those project plans meet the needs of the store service group and are compliant with the service budget.
Regularly analyze the sales and inventory data at the assigned account(s) to identify areas of opportunity and risk.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed by the Sales organization, Customer or Trends’ Leadership team.

Education/Experience:
Required – High school diploma. College degree preferred.
3+ years of store-level inventory management in replenishment, allocation or distribution roles at a retailer or vendor managed inventory supplier.
Retail merchandise planning, company planning, or space/POG planning experience is a plus.
Retail analytics experience is a plus.
Knowledge of Tableau and Salesforce is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to sit, talk, type, and utilize multiple screens for long periods of time.
Occasionally required to stand and walk.
