Position: Lab Computing Support Engineer
Location: Cambridge, MA (100% Onsite from Day 1)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Role Description:
- Experience in Lab Computing, GXP, GMP, cytiva unicorn.
- As a Lab Computing Support Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting computing infrastructure within laboratory settings.
- Handling blue screen of death on the computers.
- You will ensure that all computational resources necessary for research and development activities are operational, secure, and optimized for performance.
- This role involves working closely with researchers, scientists, and other technical staff to understand their computing needs and provide effective solutions.
- Experience supporting desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and applications.
- Familiarity with specialized lab software or printers, zebra printers, equipment is a plus.
- Experience with networking protocols, wireless setups, and troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
