Magee Resource Group has partnered with a not-for-profit health system in the Midwest that includes a tertiary care hospital, outpatient clinics, and an employed physician group, to recruit a Patient Experience Director. This leader will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic plans that foster continued excellence in the patient and family experience. The successful candidate will have proven leadership abilities in Patient and Family Experience, the ability to formulate a team and set them in motion, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Qualifications:
- 5 years’ healthcare leadership experience
- Certified Patient Experience Professional (CPXP)
- Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration
