Title: RPA Automation lead
Location: Either candidates from below 3 cities (Atlanta, GA/ Tampa, FL/ Columbus, OH) or if it’s a very good candidate then remote is ok with relocation to one of these cities in 6 months once they convert to FTE.
Duration: 6+ months Contract to hire
Job Summary:
Works independently with senior level business partners within the business function to align solutions with business strategies. Oversees the identification and communication of business needs and the translation of these needs into understandable requirements. Determines if internal or external solutions exist or whether new solutions are needed. Works with key technology and/or department analysts to determine if these solutions impact existing work processes and systems. Partners with appropriate resources to accurately prioritize, analyze, and document business processes. Provides input surround buy vs. build decisions for possible solutions. Identifies opportunities for improvement/enhancement, and negotiate agreements and commitments between business partners and IT from requirements gathering to the final implementation. Responsible for the more complex work and assignments typically required of a business analyst. Provides leadership, coaching and development to junior business analysts.
Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end business process review meetings/workshops to generate awareness of RPA capabilities, documenting current process pain points and identifying opportunities for automation
Manage the identification and prioritization of use cases, sustaining a healthy opportunity pipeline
Mentor/advise colleagues through the automation software lifecycle, providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
Promote and drive adoption of emerging automation technologies across the enterprise
Participate in the CoE Define, Design and Configure project phases to ensure adherence to governance objectives
Ensure that post implementation benefit realization is captured and reported in accordance with CoE requirements
Each team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role. Additionally, they should raise and report known or suspected violations to the appropriate Company authority in a timely fashion.

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Economics, Finance, Communications, Computer Science, information Systems or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum Experience:
8 years of work related experience within the financial services industry

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field—or equivalent work experience.
3+ years experience with an automation software platform – Blue Prism, Power Automate preferred
3+ years of project or program management experience
Demonstrated project management skills and familiarity with Agile and scrum philosophies and techniques
Financial Sector experience
Agile certifications (CSM, CSPO, SAFe)
Certified Business Analysis professional or other relevant industry designation
