We are currently working with a few Top General Contractors in Austin,TX who are seeking a Senior Project Manager. In this results-oriented role, you will play a key role in overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring successful completion on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
- Develop and meticulously manage project schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee project planning, documentation, and clear communication to all stakeholders, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and Project Engineers.
- Secure, manage, and effectively collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure optimal project resource allocation.
- Serve as a central point of contact and liaison between internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented work environment, promoting effective communication and problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience in Commercial/Life Sciences construction projects is a strong plus.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a strong focus on achieving project goals.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
