LHH is currently searching for a Marketing Manager for a permanent role with our client in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in the retail space with at least two years of leadership experience. This is a hybrid role at our client’s office in Austin, TX.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive retail sales growth
- Oversee campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and in-store promotions
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative teams, to ensure brand consistency
- Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, trends, and competitor analysis to refine marketing strategies
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across campaigns
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on results and insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including media, PR agencies, and digital marketing agencies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on retail
- At least 2 years of leadership experience, with a proven ability to manage and develop team members
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
