Position Title: Training and Development Specialist

Purpose:
The Training and Development Specialist is responsible for providing support to the donor centers' training program. This specialist role will also support the Center Leadership Team by collaborating with stakeholders to help maintain audit readiness, administer training processes, and support the development of incenter best practices. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Training and Development.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify and deliver best practices in centers to stakeholders, aimed at driving consistency within the donors' centers.
- Create and develop a resource for the donor centers to use for frequently needed additional trainings.
- Assess training development and best practices needs through consultations with Field Development and Operations ensuring the alignment of training programs with strategic goals.
- Track and monitor best practices training effectiveness, using data-driven insights to enhance future programs.
- Ensure audit readiness for all Centers by helping the Centers manage and maintain their training documentation and processes for all donor centers.
- Facilitate leadership and best practices workshops, train the trainer, and other learning sessions for CLT members.
- Serve as a training resource, providing ongoing coaching, mentorship, and development opportunities for the donor centers.
- Maintain and manage the Best Practices library, ensuring materials are up-to-date and aligned with SOP’s and current regulations.
- Support company-wide initiatives related to employee growth, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Utilize feedback and evaluations to continuously improve training programs.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Analyze training data and feedback to measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in leadership development, training, or organizational development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience within the healthcare, plasma donation, or a regulated environment preferred.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to assess training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Proficiency in training software and learning management systems (LMS).
- Ability to work effectively across departments and with multiple levels of leadership.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training development programs.
