Working in collaboration with the COO and executive team, the VP of HR will ensure the human resources, training development, and compliance functions align with the Credit Union’s culture, vision, and purpose and support the strategic plan. The VP of HR will be an innovative leader who understands how this role can influence the success of the organization across all departments. A bachelor’s degree and ten years of relevant management experience are required. HR certifications are highly preferred.
