This resource will support physical security device and system upgrade projects for our client's West Division operations and its data center, retail, warehouse, fulfillment center and administrative locations. This resource will assist in the design, implementation and testing and commissioning of physical security systems.
Responsibilities
- Support business critical projects and initiatives involving the specification, design, implementation, testing and commissioning of physical security systems including access control, video surveillance, burglary and all other types of physical security equipment to achieve security program goals.
- Review, edit and improve physical security design systems and scopes of work for security systems and project work to ensure compliance with Security Standards and policies.
- Produce scope of work products, submit quote requests, review quotes, submit purchase order requests, review and process invoices.
- Work with internal and external teams including security integrators, construction project managers, architects and engineers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.
- Project management of end of life/add/change and other operational state security system and device projects.
- Intake field site visit notes and develop comprehensive scope of work.
- Assure vendors provide on-time invoicing and accuracy in line with purchase orders and any change requests and problem solves invoicing issues successfully and independently.
- Uses past project results to recommend and implement process improvements and effective project schedules that are aligned with operational goals and objectives.
- Provide advice and consultation to stakeholders on deploying effective security technology to meet their needs.
Key Deliverables:
