Work Location: Westminster, CO (Hybrid - 3 days on-site)

Job Description:
We are seeking an Integration Support Specialist with strong expertise in the Mulesoft Anypoint Platform to join our team. This role will focus on providing production support, integration troubleshooting, testing (UAT), and minor development tasks to ensure system stability and data consistency across multiple integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Mulesoft and related technologies, including RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML, with a focus on support rather than development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production Support: Respond to and resolve support tickets related to Mulesoft integrations, coordinating with the middleware team and other stakeholders.
- Integration and Troubleshooting: Ensure data synchronization across systems (e.g., Oracle, Salesforce) via middleware integrations. Debug and test integrations as necessary, with a focus on production support.
- Testing and Documentation: Conduct testing (UAT) and prepare documentation as needed. Develop and maintain logs, including JSON, custom, and external logging tools (Sumo Logic, Datadog, Splunk).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with offshore teams as needed, particularly during morning or late afternoon hours. Collaborate with team members on ticket resolution, testing, and minor development tasks.
- CI/CD & Monitoring: Support CI/CD processes using tools like Maven, Jenkins, Artifactory, and implement monitoring solutions (custom dashboards, alerts).
Qualifications:
- Mulesoft Expertise: Strong knowledge of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, API management, and integration and programming experience in Mulesoft.
- Connector Experience: Hands-on experience with Mulesoft connectors (Salesforce, JMS, Database, HTTP, FTP).
- Integration Knowledge: Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and related integration patterns.
- Infrastructure Knowledge: Experience with Mulesoft infrastructure, including load balancing, VPC configuration, and security (authentication).
- Development Methodology: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum processes, focusing on support, testing, and debugging functions.
- Additional Skills: Python programming, web services (SOAP, HTTPS), and API design knowledge (RAML).
