Operations Analyst Position Summary
The Operations Analyst oversees and manages the production facility. Responsible for ensuring product quantity and quality is being produced and meets deadlines.
Operations Analyst Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the company's operations. Use statistical analysis, simulations, and predictive modeling to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Identify inefficient processes and suggest improvements to streamline operations. Implement process changes and monitor outcomes to ensure increased efficiency and effectiveness.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and provide strategic solutions to complex problems. Work across teams to implement fixes and ensure smooth operations.
- Lead or contribute to projects that are aimed at enhancing operational processes.
- Utilize advanced software and systems to collect and analyze data. Recommend or develop new technologies or tools to improve data analysis and operations management.
- Work closely with management, technical, and operational staff to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to teams affected by new processes or systems. Develop support materials and documentation as needed.
- The ability to work overtime and regular, punctual attendance is required.
Operations Analyst Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, operations management, accounting, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Financial Analyst or other related business analysis field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and quickly learn new processes and technologies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, Crystal Reports, PowerBI, Procore, and SQL.
- Excellent organizational skills.
