Structural Engineer/Senior Structural Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multiple projects and work with staff and sub-consultants.
- Coordinate and manage client requests and needs.
- Apply technical knowledge of structural engineering principles.
- Serve as a technical advisor to other staff.
- Review design and production deliverables ensuring industry standard of care and compliance with standards and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science - Civil Engineering
- Masters in Structural a plus
- Oregon State PE required or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Oregon/Washington State SE preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Eight or more years of experience in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Two years of project management of small projects a plus

- The ability to communicate and effectively participate as part of an engineering team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated team leadership and supervisory skills
- Demonstrated business development and client management experience

Salary/Benefits:
- $103,000-$144,000 DOE
