Job Summary
We seek a skilled and experienced Commercial HVAC Field Supervisor to join our team in Savannah, GA. This role is ideal for a professional with a local presence and a stable work history looking to lead a team in the field service of commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will have over ten years of hands-on experience in commercial HVAC service, including startup, commissioning, repair, and maintenance of large equipment like package units, chillers, boilers, and more. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who is comfortable working in a hands-on supervisory role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of HVAC field technicians, ensuring the highest level of service and quality control.
- Perform and oversee startup, commissioning, maintenance, and repair large commercial HVAC equipment such as chillers, boilers, and package units.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards, promoting a safety culture on all job sites.
- Conduct hands-on troubleshooting and repairs when necessary, providing technical support and mentorship to the team.
- Manage and coordinate service schedules, ensuring timely project completion and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- With 10+ years of commercial HVAC service experience, we emphasize startup, commissioning, and repairing large equipment.
- EPA Universal Certification is required.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to work hands-on in the field.
- Stable work history with a demonstrated commitment to the local area.
- Clean driving record and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Savannah area.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, including package units, chillers, boilers, and various building automation systems (BAS).
