The Trainer will be responsible for teaching Copilot 365 and other generative AI (GenAI) to Fund staff. Your role involves developing training materials, lesson plans, and collaborating with champions and representatives from various groups to ensure widespread adoption of Copilot 365 and related tools.

Details:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in instructional design, computer science, data science, or a related field.
- Prior experience in training on technical topics.
- Experience planning and organizing training deliver in a learning management system like Workday Learning or similar.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, including Gen AI and LLMs.
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online.
- Strong previous experience using and teaching the Microsoft 365 suite and related Microsoft technologies.
- Ability to adapt content for different audiences and skill levels.

4. Assessment and Feedback:
Evaluate learners’ progress through quizzes, assignments, and practical exercises.
Provide constructive feedback to help learners improve their understanding and skills.
Monitor performance metrics and adjust training as needed.
5. Stay Current with AI Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and generative models.
Continuously update training materials to reflect industry advancements.
