FUNCTION: This person will be reporting to Staff Manager – Billing Team for daily operations
Job will mainly, but is not limited to the following tasks:
Validate invoices from suppliers and create goods receipts.
Obtain finance approvals from partner website or via SAP.
Maintain sales orders with approvals from finance partner.
Invoice customer orders including application of freight and handling charges.
Perform customer order maintenance including requesting credits, rebills and corrections.
Review and approve supplier invoices for payment in system A5.
Maintain order planning document for tracking all orders from receipt to invoice and final shipment.
Maintain available finished good document and product is ready for dispatch.
Tender outbound parcel and LTL freight using transportation management portal.
Communicate and respond to customer order inquiries and vendors via phone, email, and Teams.
Complete inventory transfers between locations based on goods movement upon request.
Ability to analyze order & planning data, act based on this data to create loads.
Process invoices for Tractors, Roxors Implements, and Snow Implements - also action invoices for similar units as sales conclude.
Manage WIP inventory by invoicing as requested and complete proper billing discounts as called for. Coordinate with Billing Manager to get proper letters signed by receiving dealers.
REQUIREMENTS: Experience in the following elements required:
1-2 years of experience in working on any ERP package. SAP experience a plus.
Excellent problem resolution skills.
Experience working within a distribution, customer service, order processing environment is desirable.
Excellent communication skills to be able to converse across multiple functions and with suppliers, via phone and email.
Ability to read, write, and speak the English language well is required.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). Excel is used extensively in this role.
Ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced office environment.
