Job Description: D365 Functional Consultant
Location: Hybrid (Bellevue, WA)

Overview:
We are seeking a D365 Functional Consultant with expertise in Manufacturing, Finance & Operations (F&O), and Supply Chain modules and ERP. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to optimize and enhance D365 solutions, ensuring smooth operations across key business functions. This hybrid role requires a presence in Bellevue, WA, with remote flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within D365.
- Configure, customize, and optimize D365 F&O and related modules to support manufacturing, supply chain, and financial operations.
- Lead system design sessions and provide functional expertise for business process improvements.
- Identify and troubleshoot system issues, collaborating with technical teams to ensure smooth resolution.
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support for D365 modules to enhance adoption.
- Assist with data migration and integration tasks as needed.
- Ensure best practices in ERP implementation, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a D365 Functional Consultant in Manufacturing mainly, Supply Chain, or F&O modules.
- Strong understanding of ERP processes, including production planning, inventory management, and finance operations.
- Experience in end-to-end D365 implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, and go-live support.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data migration and API integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft D365 certifications.
- Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power BI).
