Position Summary: HRUCKUS is hiring Captains to supervise field operations for our armed security services at HQ and GWCC locations. Candidates must have substantial experience in security management and supervision.
Position Description: The Supervisory Officer/Captain will have a minimum of five (5) years of armed security experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, military service, or commercial/industrial security) and at least three (3) years (within the last five years) of management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead armed security personnel and oversee field operations.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and procedures.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the security team.
Position Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of armed security experience in field supervision (civilian law enforcement, military service, or commercial/industrial security).
- At least three (3) years (within the last five years) of management experience.
Position Requirements:
- Citizenship: Citizenship of the United States of America is required
- SSN: Have been issued an approved Social Security Card by the Social Security Administration
- Education: Received, at minimum, either a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma
- Experience (at least one):
- Two years of armed security experience or two years of military or National Guard service (active duty or reserve)
- Successful completion of a Federal or State certified Law Enforcement Education and Training or Police Officer’s Standard Training course
- Language: Fluently speak, read, comprehend, and compose coherent written reports in English
- Certification: Lautenberg Amendment Statement/Domestic Violence certification
- Age: Be a minimum of 21 years of age
The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $120,000 per year.
