Hays has partnered with a private equity real estate investment firm that has been active for over 20 years with ownership of over 5,000 units across multiple states, and they are looking for a skilled Asset Manager to support their Orange County office.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the formulation and execution of strategies and plans for the real estate portfolio to maximize returns and optimize income. Managing and improving the value of company assets.
- Responsible for the overall improvement of cash flow and asset value.
- Managing and preparing the annual budgets and reporting that covers the financial performance of assets.
- Working independently with a diverse portfolio across California.
- Overseeing capital improvement projects and 3rd party management firms.
- Maintain investor relations and accurate reports detailing progress of the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in Asset Management, Portfolio Management, or Acquisitions
- Experience in Value-Add Multi-Family Real Estate investment strategy formulation and implementation.
- Attention to detail, independence, strong communication, financial reporting experience and knowledge.
- Experience with overseeing capital improvement projects.
What you'll get in return
- Compensation between $120,000–130,000 annually.
