Responsible for overseeing and managing facility-related projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strong focus on process improvement, root cause analysis, and delivery of high-quality results. The ideal candidate will bring maturity and expertise to our project management processes, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Required Skills:
- Lead and manage multiple facilities projects, including improvements, maintenance, and break fixes.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and address underlying issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts as needed.
