- 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce platform, including customization, configuration, and maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce best practices, industry standards, and emerging trends in CRM technology.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to lead Salesforce projects, mentor junior team members, and provide technical guidance and support.
