Role: Training Specialist
Location: The Woodlands, Texas (Onsite)
Duration: 3 – 4 months (Possible Temp – Hire)
Shift: 9 am to 3 pm (1st Shift); 30 hours per week with possibility for 40 hours
Pay Range: $25 – $29 per hour on W2
Job Description:
- Create and Manage training content building for global audience (English, Spanish and Portuguese (Brazil)
- Review and/or copyedit content developed by other team members
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications including multiple communication channels.
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance. Create actionable deliverables such as the Resistance Management Plan
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness, Track, and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
- Support change management at the organizational level among global cross functional teams
- Meet with subject-matter experts to ensure communication milestones and training topics are addressed
