About the Role:
We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale and maintain our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You'll work closely with engineering teams to build and optimize our CI/CD processes, infrastructure, and observability systems.
Required:
- 3+ years of hands-on DevOps engineering experience
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)
- Expertise in IaC using Terraform or CloudFormation
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
- Track record of incident response and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of security best practices and SOC II compliance
Preferred:
- Experience with ML infrastructure and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Experience with microservices architectures
- Startup experience
- Configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet)
What You'll Do:
- Design and implement scalable cloud infrastructure
- Optimize deployment processes and automation
- Manage production environments and handle off-hours incidents
- Collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure needs
- Implement and maintain monitoring and security solutions
Role Specifics:
- Hybrid for New York City (NY/NJ), with full-in office commitment happening by the beginning of 2025
- W-2 position
