We are searching for a Senior Project Designer and Manager to join our growing team! This is an incredible opportunity for a licensed architect looking to grow into leadership and have the opportunity to mentor team members. This person can be located in either our Lexington or Louisville office.
Ideal candidates will already have:
· At least ten years of project management experience
· At least ten years of successfully developing solutions and producing through all phases of design
· At least six years of licensure
· Strong communication skills and team collaboration
· Solid foundation of technical knowledge
· Confident in managing project budgets and schedules
· Find energy and excitement in working with our client base and consultants
