Target Start Date: As soon as credentialed - ongoing until perm hired Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p, w/1 hour lunch EMR: Epic Support staff: 2-3 midlevels, MAs, triage nurses, BH consult team Ambulatory, walk-ins, full range, after hospital stay visits. 20 min appts, some telehealth Patients per Day: 20+, very fast paced All ages Underserved population. Sees any insurance, Medicaid, Medicare.
