We are seeking a driven and proactive individual to join our team as a Human Resources Business Partner. This role involves serving as a trusted HR advisor, collaborating with business leaders, HR executives, and functional teams to address workforce needs and resolve challenges related to talent development.
The HR Business Partner will work closely with both the business unit and HR teams to align with the company's strategic goals, as well as those of the business unit and HR, to implement talent solutions that enhance business outcomes and elevate the employee experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Focusing on improving talent acquisition processes and outcomes within the company.
- Offering well-rounded HR expertise across various disciplines as needed, aligned with leadership priorities and organizational goals.
- Providing HR advice and guidance to managers and executives at different levels.
- Delivering day-to-day performance management support, including coaching, career development, and handling disciplinary actions.
- Rolling out HR programs covering areas like compensation, rewards, employee development, performance management, learning and development, recruitment, and workforce optimization. This includes tracking progress and analyzing results.
- Collaborating on strategic HR initiatives, contributing to the design and execution of those projects within the business unit.
- Generating and distributing key HR metrics and reports.
- Supporting employee engagement activities, potentially involving organizing or presenting at events.
- Working with management and employees to improve workplace relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
- Coaching leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and manage change initiatives.
- Acting as a liaison between business unit management and the HR department to resolve issues, deploy programs, and ensure adherence to policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 7-10+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 5-7 years of experience.
- Experience working with all levels of management, from front-line supervisors to senior leaders.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a consultative approach.
- Proven ability to coach, influence, and build relationships to drive decision-making.
- Business acumen and expertise in data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 25%.
