Our client is a mid-size law firm based in Boston, MA seeking a Corporate Associate with approximately 3-5 years of experience.
The ideal candidate will have strong transactional experience, including private company M&A and venture stage financing. Candidates with experience in a big law setting are strongly preferred.
Candidates must possess outstanding academic credentials and superior analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.

Pay range is $200,000-230,000 annually with full benefits available, including the opportunity for an annual bonus. This compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
