Responsibilities:
- Assist with the preparation, review, and management of construction contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track contract milestones, payments, and deliverables to ensure compliance.
- Communicate and collaborate with project managers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Use Procore to manage contract documentation, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Prepare reports and maintain organized records for project documentation and compliance.
- Support in tracking project budgets and timelines, highlighting any issues or delays.
Requirements:
- Experience with Procore is required.
- Prior experience in construction contract coordination or contract administration.
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, change orders, and documentation processes.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.
