HH Staffing is seeking a Property Manager to join a growing and dynamic team!
Job Description:
- Oversee operations, services, and activities of Housing Authority programs.
- Implement and ensure compliance with Housing Authority policies and procedures.
- Coordinate and monitor maintenance operations related to residential housing.
- Supervise daily property management functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding Tax Credit housing programs.
- Performs supervisory. administrative and management function involved in property operations.
- Assist, confer with and advise new residents on lease requirements and responsibilities.
- Conduct or supervise applicants background check, interviewing prospective residents, etc.
