Job Summary: As a SAP PM QM Principal Consultant, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing SAP solutions focused on Plant Maintenance (PM) and Quality Management (QM). Your expertise will guide clients in improving their operational workflows, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and maximizing asset performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design: Work closely with clients to analyze their business processes and develop tailored SAP PM and QM solutions that address specific needs.
- Implementation Leadership: Lead the full lifecycle of SAP PM and QM implementation projects, from requirements gathering and design through to go-live and support.
- Requirements Analysis: Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements, assess gaps, and create functional specifications.
- Configuration and Customization: Configure SAP PM and QM modules to align with client processes and best practices, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans, including unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT), to validate solutions and ensure they meet client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience as a SAP PM QM Consultant with a proven track record in successful SAP implementations.
- Deep knowledge of SAP PM and QM modules, including their integration with other relevant SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Strong understanding of maintenance strategies, asset management, and quality assurance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
Location: Remote with occasional travel (1-2 times a month) to client site.
Contract duration: Initial 12 Months + Extensions
