Payer Enrollment Specialist (full-time)

Job Summary
Advis, Inc., a legal-based healthcare consulting firm with a national client base is seeking an experienced Payer Enrollment Specialist. This individual will be part of a team responsible for the expeditious and accurate completion, submission and follow-up of various institutional and professional provider type payer enrollment applications. 100% Remote Opportunity for US residents only.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Experience with enrollment process and applications/portals as it relates to governmental and non-governmental payors, Medicare and Medicaid and Managed Care Contracting
- Experience with various institutional (hospital, RHC, HHA, etc.) and group (practitioners) provider type enrollments REQUIRED
- Creates, updates, and maintains enrollment tracking databases
- Collects, maintains, and analyzes accurate data and verification of information
- Ability to manage multiple projects and experience prioritizing multiple assignments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal staff and clients required
- 2 - 5 years of payer enrollment experience preferred
- Maintains confidentiality of all information
