Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Construction Project Manager specializing in HVAC and plumbing (MEP) systems, located in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will oversee construction projects, manage equipment and material procurement, coordinate sub-contractors, control budgets, manage project schedules, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure timely, successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initiation to completion.
- Manage procurement of equipment, materials, and subcontractor services.
- Maintain project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company protocols, and client specifications.
