Job Profile Summary
As the a Change Management leader, you will be responsible for spearheading Softserve's change management service offerings, working closely with clients across various industries to guide them through successful transformations. You will play a leadership role in the Change Management practice, designing strategies for clients to navigate organizational shifts, such as digital transformation, operational restructuring, and cultural change. In addition, you will support the change management practice lead in business development activities to drive organisational revenue. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your expertise to drive change initiatives and deliver measurable results. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing large-scale, complex projects in a consultancy environment, a deep understanding of change management frameworks, and the ability to build relationships with C-suite stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop the consultancy’s change management practice, defining and evolving service offerings that meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Drive the growth of the practice by identifying new business opportunities and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for change management services, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to position the practice in the market.
- Ensure best-in-class delivery of change management services across client engagements.
- Serve as the primary change management consultant on client projects, designing tailored strategies to support complex transformations.
- Lead engagements across industries, including organizational redesign, digital transformation, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural shifts.
- Position yourself as a thought leader within the change management field by contributing to webinars, industry events, and other thought leadership activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of change management trends, tools, and methodologies, bringing innovative approaches to client solutions.
- Build and foster relationships with senior-level stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to help guide organizational strategy and transformation efforts.
- Lead a team of change management consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and career development support to junior team members.
- Develop training programs and knowledge-sharing sessions to build the firm’s internal capability in change management and related disciplines.
- Work closely with other service lines within the consultancy, such as strategy, technology, and operational consulting, to embed change management into broader transformation projects.
- Drive cross-functional project delivery, ensuring that change management considerations are fully integrated with business, technology, and operational initiatives.
- Partner with the sales and business development teams to identify, pitch, and win new client engagements in change management and transformation.
- Participate in RFP responses, client proposals, and presentations, showcasing the firm’s change management expertise.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by delivering high-impact solutions and achieving measurable results, creating repeat business opportunities.
- Define KPIs and success metrics for client engagements, ensuring that change initiatives are tracked and evaluated based on their impact and effectiveness.

Qualifications
- Experience
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is required.
- 10+ years of experience in change management, with at least 6 years in a consultancy or professional services firm.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex change initiatives for clients, particularly in digital transformation, mergers & acquisitions, and operational restructuring.
- Experience managing client engagements from proposal through delivery, with a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
- Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams.
Education
- Business education (desirable) or professional equivalent.
- Certifications
- Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is required.
