Their platform leverages AI technology to provide actionable insights, optimize sales processes, and reduce manual tasks, enabling teams to focus on what truly drives revenue. As a rapidly growing startup, they are on a mission to transform the sales tech landscape, and they’re looking for a Tech Lead/Principal Engineer to be part of this journey.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of the platform and AI-driven features.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and business teams to align technical strategies with business goals.
- Mentor and guide the engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Make high-level technical decisions to ensure scalability, security, and system reliability.
- Oversee code quality and ensure best practices in software development are followed.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and frameworks that enhance platform performance and user experience.
- Contribute to hands-on coding while driving the technical success of the team.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of software development experience, particularly with SaaS or AI-driven platforms.
- A proven track record as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, or in a similar leadership role within a startup environment.
- Expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Node.js, React).
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies and data-driven products is a plus.
- A deep understanding of building scalable, distributed systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead through ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence technical direction.
